- Applying accounting, tax and regulatory standards to complex financial instruments;
- Applying generally accepted valuation principles, methodologies, and techniques in support of US GAAP;
- Assisting clients with their understanding of complex financial structures; Performing valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products; and,
- Creating independent financial models utilizing income or market approaches to estimate or assess the value of a business and the securities within its capital structure.
