Position Overview:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an accounting and/or finance-related role, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis (specifically with NetSuite and Oracle PBCS).

Responsibilities:
  • • Support the annual operating plan, budget and quarterly forecasting processes
  • • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and decision support.
  • Assist in the conduct of due diligence supporting the acquisition team.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting and/or finance-related roles.
  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial ERPs and/or systems (NetSuite or Oracle EPM, Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) a plus).
