Piper Companies is currently seeking a Financial Planning Consultant for an opportunity In Raleigh, NC. The Financial Planning Consultant will directly influence financial strategies and decisions for a significant healthcare enterprise. Working within the standard working hours of 8-5 PM on the Raleigh campus.

Responsibilities of the Financial Planning Consultant:

• Direct financial function: planning, capital planning, performance management
• Liaison between finance/accounting
• Conducts productivity and month-end-variance analysis
• Provides financial analysis for new projects and Certificates of Need.
• Coordinates and reports financial results to corporate finance and enterprise leadership
• Acts as benchmarking coordinator for the enterprise
• Collaborates with cost accounting team on updating cost assumptions
• Participates in leadership committees and proves improvement initiatives
• Ensures all reports and projects meet corporate financial standards

Qualifications of the Financial Planning Consultant:

• 8+ year accounting/finance experience, Healthcare experience required or 10+ year accounting/finance experience, Healthcare experience preferred
• Financial management experience
• Certified Public Accountant Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or a related field, Master's Degree Preferred

Compensation for the Financial Planning Consultant

• Salary Range: $125,000-135,000
