Required Skills & Experience
An employer is looking for a Financial Software Account Executive to join their team hybrid in Rockland, MA. This person will be aligned to the core and growth segment of a Series A funded start-up. This is a net new position to help the sales team nearly double their revenue before the end of the year. This is a high volume, high velocity role and the AE will work with a ton of inbound prospects as well as prospect on their own to create pipeline with some help of a BDR. Typically, a rep will conduct 10 new prospect meetings a week, run demos, and conduct follow ups where needed.
This is a great opportunity to join an already profitable and growing start-up and work alongside some of the best salespeople in the Boston metro area. There will be a lot of opportunity to learn and be coached from seasoned sales leaders and uncapped commission.
Compensation for this role is 70-110k per year annually plus commission (140-180k+ OTE). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
