Finishing Operator

Job Description

• To work rotating shifts

• To operate table in Finishing Mode

• To understand the Theory of Finishing

• Basic computer skills

• The ability to construct and interpret JIBS.

• To perform all tasks requested by Finishing Team Lead Group Leader and or Finishing Area Manager.

• To perform minor maintenance work.

• To have the ability to understand the Trailer Card for Finishing information and instructions.

• To act as a mature, responsible member of the Finishing Team.

• To work on Process Improvement upgrades.

• To participate on various department groups or committees.

• To work overtime as needed.

Experience/Education/Skills

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

High School Diploma
