We are looking for a hands-on Inspection technician for one of our largest clients. These technicians will be traveling across the Northern Virginia area. They will be paired with a senior inspector to learn the process for testing and inspecting the systems (Fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency exit signs, fire sprinkler systems, etc). This position will require technicians to use their own vehicles for travel for the duration of the contract. The candidate will be reimbursed for any mileage, tolls, and parking.

Test and inspect fire alarm systems with existing and new customer base
Maintain proper documentation for work performed using tools provided
Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Follow verbal and written instructions
Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs
Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions; such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment
Must be able to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs
Must perform all duties safely and professionally & maintain a clean and safe work area

Pay: $19.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Clean Background
Any Field trade work
0-1 year of electronic/cabling experience
Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Suite, and Smartphone devices (mostly for documentation and scheduling)
