Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in CSS 3.0, HTML 5, Piwik Pro, Kafka Firebase Analytics, JavaScript ES5/ES6, Ensighten Adobe Launch, and Adobe Analytics. This role involves designing and maintaining high-quality web applications that align with our companies goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using CSS 3.0 and HTML 5 to ensure adaptable and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Implement and run tracking solutions using Piwik Pro Firebase Analytics and Adobe Analytics to capture and analyze user data.
• Use Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing to improve application performance and reliability.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code in JavaScript ES5/ES6 to build robust front-end functionalities.
• Expert in JavaScript HTML CSS XML
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and common libraries used in website building (e. g. jQquery React).
• Solid understanding of 3rd party tagging best practices
• Tagging expertise for both websites & native mobile apps in enterprise-grade environments
• Tagging schemas and specifications for new sites and new site features
• Quality Assurance and debugging of tagging as implemented by engineers.
• Data layer expertise
• Write tagging specifications for engineers.
• Adobe Analytics Architect Master certificate is a plus
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code processes and tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Give to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality web applications that improve user happiness and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess deep technical skills in CSS 3.0 HTML 5 Piwik Pro Kafka Firebase Analytics JavaScript ES5/ES6 Ensighten Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
• Demonstrate a demonstrated ability in web development with a validated track record

Certifications Required

Certified Web Developer Adobe Analytics Certification JavaScript Developer Certification will be added advantage
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/4/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $[100,000 - 115,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
