As an Accountant, youll collaborate closely with a Financial Reporting Manager and other accounting staff to complete projects that support the bank and the holding company. Your responsibilities will include operational accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, amortizations, transaction analysis, Treasury and investment accounting, inter-company accounting, accounting research, and ad hoc projects. Additionally, youll work with external and internal auditors and examiners, providing timely and professional support while ensuring compliance with SOX, policies, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree - Accounting or Finance
3+ years of Accounting experience
An intermediate knowledge of GAAP reporting requirements.
2+ years of fixed assets experience
Strong Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bank or financial services industry background
CPA
