We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and talented individual to join our firm as a Fixed Income Institutional Sales Associate. As a Fixed Income Institutional Sales Associate, you will:
  • Cultivate customer relationships with institutional accounts -portfolio managers, insurance companies, hedge funds etc. demonstrated by a historical annual average book of business minimum of $1.0M+. Focus on maintaining existing and prospecting new client relationships.
  • Focus on customer service and high integrity.
  • Collaborate with analysts, sales assistants, and traders to facilitate the purchase and sale of bonds to clients.
  • Work with sales assistant/back office to verify trades with clients, solve trade problems, enter trade tickets, open new accounts, etc.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 licensed or ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
  • Advanced knowledge of Fixed Income Capital Markets required.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong existing client relationships with consistent revenue generation.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively exchange ideas and information or influence others with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
