    Now Hiring: Floor Tech (Full-time)

    Responsibilities Floor Tech:
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Strip, wax, and buff floors to maintain their appearance and durability.
  • Inspect and repair floor surfaces for damages or irregularities.
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment, including buffers and carpet cleaners.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Mix and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Move furniture and other objects to access areas that require cleaning.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Qualifications Floor Tech :
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred as a floor tech
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
