Job Description

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the dining outlets within the hotel. This role focuses on the overall management of our restaurants, including conceptualization, menu planning, décor, and service standards. The manager will work closely with senior leadership to hire and train new team members and ensure that every aspect of the food and beverage service upholds the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
  • Manage staffing, including scheduling, payroll, training, and development of food and beverage team members.
  • Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to develop restaurant concepts, menus, and décor that enhance the dining experience.
  • Implement effective cost control measures for food and beverage supplies.
  • Foster a positive environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and high standards of service.
  • Maintain accountability for staff performance, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
  • Manage financial tasks related to payroll, budgeting, and ordering.
  • Proactively monitor and assess service and food quality, making adjustments to operations as necessary.
