Thompson Dallas is a luxury hotel located within The National, Dallas' newest urban luxury mixed-use project. Essentials include 219 rooms with 52 suites; three full-service offerings for dining and drink; a boutique spa and fitness experience focused on wellness, a variety of spaces for events, including the 14,000 square foot National Ballroom.

Goal of the Outlets Manager: Responsible for managing the restaurants at The National, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar. This position requires strong leadership as the Food & Beverage Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided.
The Outlets Manager Responsibilities may include:
Food & Beverage Managers are an integral part of the hotel's overall Food and beverage team. Your colleagues will include the Banquets managers, Restaurant managers, and Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events, among other hotel leaders.

The Outlets Manager Responsibilities may include:
- Supports and Manages the Restaurants while working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other hotel departments.
- Ensures effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement.
- Leads and coaches the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
- Full understanding of colleague engagement.
- Develops and implements creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
- Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manages within those approved plans.
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance.
- Plans, coordinates & manages special events and holiday functions.
- Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity.
Food & Beverage Managers are an integral part of the hotel's overall Food and beverage team. Your colleagues will include the Banquets managers, Restaurant managers, and Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events, among other hotel leaders.
