As Food & Beverage Quality and Systems Manager, you'll:
  • Ensure that Food & Beverage staff members are effectively trained and that service quality meets MotorCity's standards.
  • Make certain that operation efficiencies are being adhered to.
  • Conduct equipment and product research to enhance offerings within MotorCity's Food & Beverage operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks to support the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Participate in the development of SOPs.
  • Manage programing and maintenance for InfoGenesis Universal Desktop, Eatec, Great Plains, and any future technology and programs or software.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Five years of experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a casino, resort or hotel.
  • Two years of office and/or payroll experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).
  • Current or previous certifications in HACCP, ServSafe, and Safe Alcohol Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Hospitality, Business Administration or Business Management (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).
