This individual will be working closely with the EHS team within an educational non-profit, heavily involved in policy writing and documentation development for their school food production. They will be traveling for the first week to different school sites to audit existing food/kitchen operation before developing documentation for the remainder of their project. The policy content will be used to maintain and improve safety requirements/standards for internal employee usage for the following school year.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7+ years experience in auditing food safety operation and creating technical documentation regarding food safety policy
• Has audited food production/operation in a school kitchen environment
• Possesses any of the following certifications HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000, CACFP, FDA or other relevant food safety certifications
• Leadership expereince on a technical writing team, preferably overseeing content rollout of food safety
• Understands the workability of SharePoint, and can translate content into simple terms within the platform
• Ability to deliver high quality content, paying extreme attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable by various tiers of support
