Food Services Assistant

Join our dynamic team as a Food Services Retail Worker at Cincinnati Children's Hospital! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience for our patients, families, and staff.

Position Details:

Position: Food Services Retail Worker

Expected Starting Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.01 per hour

Shift: This is a RELIEF FSA POSITION with and 8 hour shift between 6:00am and 6:30pm, including weekends and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

As a Food Services Retail Worker, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our retail food service area. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Station Rotation: Learn and operate all stations, such as dining room attendant, food service prep, salad bar, deli, pizza, favorites areas, barista duties, stocking, and cashiering.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide the highest quality customer service to fellow employees, customers, managers, and visitors. Embody our CARES standards at all times.

Food Safety: Ensure proper food handling, temperature readings, and sanitation procedures are consistently followed. Complete required HACCP logs and handle food in a sanitary manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

Safety Focus: Maintain safety programs within the department and report safety concerns appropriately.

Customer Focus: A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and rotate through various stations in the retail food service area.

Team Player: Work effectively within a team environment.
