Volt is immediately hiring a Forklift Operator in San Diego - National City.

As aForklift Operator you will:

• Pick orders
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Prepare inventory/parts/merchandise for shipment
• Use RF device to track inventory picked and located
• Operate safely, adhering to all OSHA and sit- specific standards
• Use forklift, stock pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks to load/unload trucks in warehouse
• Transport inventory via forklift and other warehouse equipment to and from the loading/unloading/staging areas
• Accurately pick merchandise/inventory from warehouse locations/racking using forklift, stock pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks

This is a temporary opportunity, ending in October.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience on a fast moving warehouse settings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be forklift certified
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office a plus
• Basic knowledge on how to use computers

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Shift: M-F 6:30 am to 3:30pm (May require Saturdays)

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Warehouse Associate
• Material Handler
• Forklift Driver
