Pay: $14.00 per hour

Shift Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
• Friday: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
• Saturday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

In this role, you will use your forklift experience to manage the movement of totes and pallets of shoes. While this position does not involve loading or unloading, you will ensure smooth operations on the production floor. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and, preferably, some mechanical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move totes and pallets of shoes.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks.
• Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking and product movement.
• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong people skills and effective communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be available to work six days a week, including evening and overnight shifts.
