THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
We are looking for results driven, team minded forklift operators to join our team. We will train the right candidate. Performance incentive available on top of base salary after training phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Load Builder is responsible to the Senior Load Builder and to the employees and customers of Oklahoma Home Center. This position is granted sufficient authority by the Yard Manager to carry out all assigned responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Responsible for maintaining control over all will call customer loading activities including assembling materials and
loading products if needed.
-Assembling materials, products and loading trucks for shipment to contractors.

-Stage and build loads.

-Be familiar with vehicle load capabilities.

-Band load and wrap.
-Verify count-check for discrepancies such as quality and quantity control.
-Ability to recognize customer satisfaction with materials being loaded and the proper resolution of problems.
-Ensure that materials received are properly accounted for, protected, and placed in the correct location.

-Transfer material to various inventory locations and place in correct bin or storage area, if applicable.
-Able to learn and identify building materials and wood types.
-Able to read and correctly pull material listed on tickets and identify stocking problems and shortages. Learn and -
-Operate and maintain the equipment safely and be certified according to OSHA requirements.
-Cut lumber for customer or stock when needed.

-Protect the integrity of Oklahoma Home Center.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Able to work in a fast track setting and multi-task with little to no errors.
Able to work outside during inclement weather conditions.
Comfortable operating all sizes of forklifts.
