POSITION: Forklift Operator/Material Services Handler Team Leader

We have an immediate opening for a Material Services Associate in our Circleville, Ohio facility.

Position summary (General Purpose): Work as directed by Section Manager to achieve the goals set for customer quality expectations, production requirements, scrap, re-work and customer delivery expectations. To oversee associates and production activities for shift production, provide guidance to associates to achieve quality and quantity targets. Have effective communication between all levels of associates and management to ensure production, quality and safe work conditions.

Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, skills and abilities):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to read, understand, and apply work instructions
• Basic computer skills

Primary Position responsibilities:

• Oversee shipping and receiving
• Movement and storage of raw materials in plant
• Movement, storage and loading of finished goods to the warehouse.
• Delivery of totes, crates and fabric to injection and assembly
• Assist with staff management and job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to read, understand and apply work instructions.
• Forklift license
• RF equipment knowledge

Nonessential skills and experience (preferred):

• Ability to work overtime on short notice.
