In this important position, you will ensure the successful administration of the purchasing and accounts payable functions within our Faculty Practice Group. This will involve managing a specialized team responsible for submitting orders in compliance with UCLA Campus and UCLA Health requirements. You will:

In this important position, you will ensure the successful administration of the purchasing and accounts payable functions within our Faculty Practice Group. This will involve managing a specialized team responsible for submitting orders in compliance with UCLA Campus and UCLA Health requirements. You will:
- Define departmental goals/objectives
- Direct programs/business units to help clients navigate the procure-to-pay continuum
- Develop and maintain strategies, policies, and procedures for procure-to-pay activities
- Manage staffing, financial, and physical/equipment resources and functions
- Participate in clinic onboarding and migration discussions
- Represent the department in system implementations and manage projects
