Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check in lab work patients
  • Scan medical records
  • Prepare charts for the next day
  • Manage and schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a medical office or surgery center setting is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
