Volt is immediately hiring a Front desk receptionist for a local leading company in Fresno, CA.
As a Receptionist you will

• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Make adjustments to staff schedules and update the master calendar
• Coordinating staff meetings
• Take minutes and compose meeting summaries
• Pick up supplies and office equipment
• File forms and documents
• Send invoices and collect receipts
• Take orders, learn about the project,
• Respond to written correspondence

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in word processing software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organization skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Resourcefulness

This is a Full Time Temp to hire position
Schedule: 3 days out of the week 6-8 hours a day with the potential of moving to 5 days per week.
Pay: $17-$19
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
