As a Full-Time Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide them with a memorable and personalized experience. Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment, handling guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, and communicating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Previous customer service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with individuals from diverse backgrounds is required for this role.

Evening, Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS or similar software
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
