Our client is looking for a Front-End UI Developer to join their team in New York, NY.

Compensation: $125-150k

Role:
  • Provide key support as a developer within an agile team, interacting directly with the front office and contributing to the UI development process
  • Provide strong technical design and enhancements to the platform
  • Use HTML5, Angular2, JavaScript other web UI technologies as required
  • Provide unit test coverage
  • Provide solutions within a DevOps environment, championing automation of deployment and testing phases
  • Select and use appropriate tools and design schemata to enhance current software offering in a way that is consistent with project goals and company branding
Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, MIS or comparable
  • 4 years' experience delivering UI solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, Angular2, JavaScript, CSS3, and RESTful interactions
  • 4 years' experience interacting with database technologies, ideally using Oracle
  • 4 years experience working in Agile
  • 4 years' experience developing systems in a trading, banking or high-speed finance environment
  • Experience with JIRA and Atlassian suite is a strong advantage
