We are currently looking for a Full Time FSIM Field Technician to join our GIS Facility Planning team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .

Summary:

Responsible for the documentation on existing structures, lease spaces, remodel projects, new construction projects, and new purchases. Maintains the scan data server/ data storage.

Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to improve efficient space usage
* Field visits including mobilizing and demobilizing the laser scan equipment
* Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
* Accountable for maintaining timelines and delivering a quality product
* Provide status updates
* Manages and maintains the scan data server
* Transfers scanned cloud data points from scanner to data storage
* Follows established technical specifications and procedures to scan structures to provide a clean accurate product/deliverable
* Capture reality 3D laser scans and take reference measurements for improved accuracy for Chickasaw Nation structures
* Prepares for the documentation process, contacts and schedules facilities to be documented
* All other duties as assigned

Experience:

* 3 years directly related experience

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

Credentials:
Essential:
* Pass gaming background check
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
* Standard Driver's License

Working Conditions:

* Mix of office/non-office settings
* Outside, all weather conditions
* Requires driving
* Sometimes work in confined spaces (e.g. crawl space, tank)
* Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs
