Position Details:

Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Dallas, TX / Lubbock, TX

Shift: Primarily M-F, some weekends occasionally

Compensation: $31/hr - $35/hr / Utilize company truck or if use POV mileage reimbursement

Position Description:

The Field Service Technician is customer facing and will be responsible for providing customer service on service calls to conduct troubleshooting and servicing to their buildings in the field. You will conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the branch territory. The FST also will need to explain repairs and services to customers over the phone and in-person.

Requirements:

A candidate for this role needs to have a technical skill that translates to facility up-keep and repairs. Candidates with technical skills in carpentry, flooring, HVAC, welding, electrical or mechanical skills are highly sought after and with having at least one or two of those skills, the company is willing to train on other skills to help candidates improve. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.

Shift: Primarily M-F

Compensation: $27/hr - $30/hr

Position Description:

The Service Technician is a multi-functional, inspecting buildings, performing repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and more to their fleet of modular buildings.

Requirements:

A candidate for this role needs to have a technical skill that translates to facility up-keep and repairs. Candidates with technical skills in carpentry, flooring, HVAC, welding, electrical or mechanical skills are highly sought after and with having at least one or two of those skills, the company is willing to train on other skills to help candidates improve. Compensation: $30-$34/hr (more with certifications) / Utilize company truck or if use POV mileage reimbursement

Position Description:

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the safety, and quality of work associated with Get Ready, and HVAC activities for all company products. This includes assisting with HVAC layouts, install, and maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the units. The HVAC Tech primarily works at the company site location with occasional service calls.

Requirements:

A candidate for this role should have six months to a year working with HVAC systems. The systems at the company are more closely related to residential HVAC systems. Candidates with technical certifications or EPA certifications command higher compensation rates. Knowledge and experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing or welding experience is a plus. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
