Full Stack Developer

We are actively seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies to enrich our remote development team. This role demands a skilled professional capable of both client-side and server-side coding, focusing primarily on developing responsive, visually engaging user interfaces.

What you'll do:

• Front-End Development Mastery: Lead the design and implementation of responsive web applications, emphasizing optimal user experience and visual appeal.
• Code Excellence: Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Next.js).
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to convert designs into dynamic code, ensuring high fidelity to visual specifications.
• API Integration and Backend Skills: Build and maintain robust back-end APIs and services, primarily using Node.js or other suitable technologies.
• Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to guarantee application reliability and performance.
• Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into development projects to enhance product capabilities.

What you'll bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Agile Environment Familiarity: Proven ability in working within Agile development settings, including participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Demonstrates a strong capacity to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Front-End Development Expertise: Advanced knowledge of and expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Next.js).
• API Proficiency: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Performance Optimization: Strong experience in optimizing CSS and HTML code, utilizing compilers (like Sass or LESS) and linters (such as ESLint or Stylelint)

• Work Schedule: : Full-time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
• Compensation Structure: : Salary (paid semi-monthly), OT-Exempt, eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on company and employee performance
• Location: Remote
