Chipton-Ross is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.

JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Biomedical field is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating the pipelines and endpoints that expose data to the enterprise. This position requires a strong background in Python, SQL, Unix, Docker, and RESTful services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and implement data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Unix to ensure data quality and integrity.
* Work with Docker to containerize data pipelines and ensure scalability and portability.
* Develop and maintain RESTful services to provide secure and efficient data access to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate data analytics into business operations.
* Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate controls and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of experience in endpoint development or data engineering.
* Strong background in Python, Flask, gUnicorn, SQL, and Unix.
* Experience with Redis, Docker, and RESTful services is highly desirable.
* Experience with UI/UX, Javascript, Node.js or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud computing platform.
* Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field plus 5 years of experience.
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field plus 8 years of experience.
* Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
* Certified in AWS.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Certification in data analytics or a related field is a plus.

EDUCATION:
* Accredited Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred.
