Full Stack Developer (IV)

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer IV to join the team of one of our largest retail clients. In this role, you will deliver digital customer experiences across the organization that boost excitement for new and noteworthy products and drive stickier, long-lasting engagement. This team leans into emerging technologies like generative AI, exclusive content, and personalization to amplify the most important and relevant stories in consumer technology. They believe that discovery can happen at any point in the customers journeywhether its during an unplanned moment, in the afterglow of a recent purchase, or when a customer is ready to upgrade their tech. This is a hybrid role.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
2+ years of development experience in building components using React JS and node.js
3+ years of development experience in building components using React Native
3+ years of development experience using any of the following:
GraphQL, Git, NPM, Yarn, Babel, Webpack, Typescript, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, React Query, Tan Stack, Apollo Client, React Hooks, Fetch API, Lighthouse, Fastify, Koa, Chrome dev tools
Experience designing and leading the development of large features within a team
- Experience with agile processes such as TDD, Paired Programming, CI/CD and lead by example with a quality mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
Ability to build and optimize web applications and platforms in a cloud environment with a solid understanding of system design
Ability to collaborate with product managers
Experience designing and building GraphQL queries and integration with front end components
Excellent communication skills
Ability to triage and manage complex, production issues
