Full Time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider needed in sunny Valley Falls, Kansas

STF Valley Falls just 25 miles from Topeka, Kansas is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-growing family of University of Kansas Health System hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

• Outpatient in Valley Falls Clinic and Nursing Home Visits
• Nursing home visits for various residents and patients (various facilities) during the week
• Valley Falls Clinic-one Saturday morning per month
• Join a team of 1 provider and 2 NPs
• EMR: EPIC
• M-F schedule, some weekend requirement
• Call is telephone only (roughly 6 days a month)
