SUMMARY
The Georgia Coordinating Center (GCC) Manager is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations of the GCC. The GCC Manager will ensure professionalism, effective staffing, function, and ongoing operations of the Georgia Communication Center in conjunction with the Office of EMS and Trauma. This role will be responsible for the appropriate destination guidance given to EMS by the GCC Communicators and other operations that support the regional and state healthcare system.

This role will be responsible for the appropriate destination guidance given to EMS by the GCC Communicators and other operations that support the regional and state healthcare system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or at least 3 years of leadership experience required. Master's degree in healthcare related field or at least 5 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Six (6) or more years of job-related experience including field paramedic required.
- Three (3) years of leadership experience preferred.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- GA Paramedic License required.
