Gameday Audio Engineer

Job Title: Gameday Audio Engineer (Part-Time)

Date: Early September 2024 through end of 2024-2025 season (as late as April 2025)

Reports to: Gameday Producer

This role will be responsible for monitoring the in-house audio levels for the Public Address Announcer, wireless microphones, and operating the audio software to play music and audio insertions during the course of Colorado Grit home games.

This position needs to be prepared to work a majority of the 28 Colorado Grit home games during the 2024-25 season. Our games occur on Friday and Saturday nights at the Greeley Ice Haus in Greeley, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Be trained on sound mixer and audio equipment
• Play different cued music and sounds during pre-game, in-game, and post-game for Colorado Grit home games
• Arrive pre-game to learn specific information about the game day script.
• Take direction from Producer for additional audio rundown

The Team:

The Colorado Grit are in their second season as members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), playing in the South Division at the Greeley Ice Haus in Greeley, CO. We look to build off our inaugural season that saw multiple players ink NCAA commitments at the Division 1 and 3 levels as well as a Grit alum sign a professional contract overseas.
