Echtra Games is looking for a Gameplay Engineer to join our growing team on a new premium cross platform ARPG project. Do you love programming? Does talking about game designs excite you? We are making a AAA Action-RPG targeting PC and consoles that we're incredibly excited about, and we're searching for a Gameplay Engineer to help us craft game features and systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and artists to build new gameplay systems and features.
• Take part in reviewing other engineers' code.
• Play the game, iterate, and add those special touches that make the game fun!

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-4 years of experience developing projects using C++, C#, or a similar language
• Prior game or game-like projects created professionally, in school, or for fun

PLUSES

• Experience and interest in a particular area of expertise within gameplay engineering (e.g., UI development or performance optimization)
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine
• Experience shipping software to the public
• A love and passion for gaming
