Job Location: Lakeville, MN

Pay: 1st- $15.75, 2nd- $16.50, 3rd- $17.00 (Please reach out to us to see what shift is available)

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm, 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday

SUMMARY

This position will have the overall responsibility of assembling, packing, and verifying the quantity, quality of the packages that are produced and on production lines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Visually inspect product and remove defective, damaged, or off quality materials from production line.

• Perform repetitive duties while standing.

• Assemble and pack product per specifications and place in finished cartons/shippers.

• Insure product is properly marked.

• Report any issue to Machine Operator or Area/Team Lead.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Willingness to work as a team member and help out where needed to ensure maximum process efficiency.

• Willingness to work overtime when asked.

• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with co-workers and others with whom the position may have contact.

• Perform all other duties deemed necessary, or required by the assigned Supervisor.

• Contributes to team effort by maintaining regular attendance, communicating regularly and professionally, accomplishing related results and performing all other necessary duties as directed by Supervisor(s).

Requirements:

One or more years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
