Average Starting Pay Range for entry level positions $15.00-20.00

Day Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

16% Night Shift Premium Available Monday - Thursday 4:15 pm - 4:45 am.

PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment, 401K after 6 months

As a General Labor - Heavy you are responsible to perform a variety of production duties and work with others to support efficiency in the daily operations of manufacturing process.

Job Functions:

• Tending machines
• Handling product
• Visual sorting or inspection
• Packing products
• Using overhead cranes/fork trucks
• Handling large components for shipment
• Heavy rigging or performing other operations that can be learned on-the-job in a short time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Some experience in manufacturing with technical training and/or background.
• Mechanically inclined and capable of learning new tasks quickly.
• Ability to follow demonstrated directions.
• Well organized, industrious, hardworking, team player, high attention to detail.
• Work requires frequent moving, frequent exertion of moderate to heavy physical effort or frequent standing.
