The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, performing manual labor, and using small tools for cleaning purposes. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general site cleaning tasks in various outdoor environments.

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean designated areas effectively.

Ensure proper sanitation of plants and surrounding areas.

Engage in manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors.

Lift and move objects weighing up to 55lbs safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Assist team members with additional tasks as needed to support overall operations.




Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in general labor or related field preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (65 – 95 degrees Fahrenheit).

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to follow instructions and perform tasks as directed by supervisors.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
