Responsibilities:

Maintain and prepare job site/shop to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Perform cleaning, painting, and upkeep of mechanical and plant rooms/centers.
Conduct minor preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, and cooling towers to ensure operational efficiency.
Change filters in air handlers, terminal devices, and fan coils to maintain air quality and system performance.
Clean coils and associated equipment to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Inspect and repair mechanical systems as needed to prevent downtime and ensure optimal operation.
Document maintenance activities and report any issues or irregularities to management.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
