We are looking for a general laborer/facilities assistant to support the efforts of the Facilities Manager with ground keeping and physical upgrades of theTyler Yarmouth, Maine property.

  • General maintenance assistance


Qualifications
  • Landscaping/horticulture experience a plusLandscaping experience a plus.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting knowledge desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
  • Ability to navigate around a computer; comfortable using Microsoft products and email.
  • Safely run power equipment including lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, leaf blowers, and vehicles (tractor, truck, or van).
  • Teardown, build or reconfigure furniture/cubicles as instructed.
  • Lift 70 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Available for occasional weekend hours
