Responsibilities
  • Leverage business processes and cultivate a high-performance culture through employee engagement and empowerment, leading the implementation of key business initiatives to meet customer expectations and drive commercial and operational excellence.
  • Full P&L responsibility for CT OEM Operations (2 Locations) and lead both organizations in achieving their performance and financial objectives as defined in the Companys annual profit planning process.
  • Ensure the execution of a profitable growth strategy, increasing organic revenue through developing new customers and expanding product offerings, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
  • Partner with the Commercial Sales team to achieve profitable top-line revenue and market share growth, managing and delivering against monthly, quarterly, and annual commitments.
  • Drive site goals through ownership of the annual profit plan and long-term growth plans for both sites.
  • Lead businesses to consistently deliver results the right way, operating as a strong team leader and builder focused on generating results through collaboration, influence, and relationship building.

  • Expand product offerings with existing customers, develop new customers, and enhance both sites presence as a strategic supplier.
  • Achieve productivity and efficiency improvements through continuous improvement activities and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Effectively manage operating methods, budget spending, manpower/resource utilization, labor efficiency, material scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Utilize data analytics for decision-making, leveraging data to formulate and execute plans.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading and managing a multi-site organization, with a leadership style grounded in emotional intelligence, and the ability to build collaborative teams and an engaged workforce.
  • High-energy, motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • 10-15 years of P&L experience in aerospace or general industrial manufacturing.
  • Prior commercial and sales management experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership effectiveness and strong people management skills.
  • Successful track record in implementing and executing strategies to build and sustain a high-performance work environment.
  • Solid experience in business development.
  • Ability to integrate sales, operations, finance, logistics, and human resources to maximize site P&L performance.
  • Effective change leader; able to balance consistency with flexibility and adapt to new information.
  • Impeccable integrity and superior interpersonal skills; capable of engaging personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Emotionally intelligent change agent who challenges the status quo and drives results with urgency.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, or a related discipline.
