As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant\u2019s operation. GMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.

Here are the qualities we are looking for in our General Manager:

\u2022\tYou have at least 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results

\u2022\tExperience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment

\u2022\tCommitment to quality food and exceptional guest service

\u2022\tAbility to mentor and train team members

\u2022\tStrong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction

\u2022\tInvolvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials

\u2022\tDrive and determination -- think PASSION

\u2022\tDesire for personal and professional growth

Requirements:

\u2022 Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

\u2022 Completion of a Background Check and Valid Driver's License.

Physical / Mental Requirements:

\u2022 Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity.

\u2022 Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds and works closely with others.

\u2022 Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.

\u2022 Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, and far vision. Works around chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds.

Work Conditions / Hours:

\u2022 Minimum of 50 hours weekly.

\u2022 Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings and/or holidays.

\u2022 Standard restaurant working conditions.

\u2022 May be exposed to extreme conditions common in a restaurant environment, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather.
