Chipton-Ross is seeking a General Project Management 3 for a hybrid (remote/onsite) opportunity in Maryland Heights, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates and edits agile team (product) backlog. Acts as proxy for the customer when grooming and prioritizing the backlog. Understand and refines the vision in a more focused way.

Tasks
o Continuous refinement of the product backlog as a pre-planning function as well as allowing for more capacity to be pulled in as necessary (stories ready to be worked).
o Creates/validates acceptance criteria at the story level, is the authority on signing off that a story meets that criteria and moves the User Story to the "Closed" State.
o Iteration planning - Works with the Product Manager to Coordinate Capability and story level priorities for iteration planning, considering impediments and dependencies.
o Support Product Manager for IPT slides.
o Understands dependencies and enablers for a product to be able to prioritize.
o Participate in Iteration team demos and retrospectives.
o Hosts/Runs PI Demo to Customer with assistance of integrated tester (actually demoing software).
o Helps define Iteration Goals during planning.
o Works with product manager and system architecture team to determine when to create a release branch from dev.
o Understands stakeholder requirements and priorities (OFP/Govt.).
o Establishes definition of done for minimum viable products/capabilities.
o Authors Creation Requests, Baseline Requests, Release Authorizations and ensures they are approved and configured. PO is final Approval Authority of these documents.

1 Responsible for individual Products meeting milestone dates - (Code Freeze, Test event start, Software Delivery, CDRL Deliveries).
2 Responsible for tracking PRs for individual products.
3 Author of SVD, DRD, SDD.
4 CDRL Reviewer of the following CDRLs - A001, RTM, RMF, STR, STD, and Installation Instructions.

o OFP SRR/PDR/CDR Support - Product Owner create slides, Product Manager attends meeting and presents.
o Client Technical Meeting Support - PM/PO. Product Owner primary, PM as needed.
o SVR Support - Product Owner Primary since more technical/detailed. PM/BO support as needed.
o PMR - Generate and Present Slides.
o Participate in OFP Line Item meetings as needed: PM ensures appropriate PO is tracking. PO Ensures appropriate engineers attend.
o Support IPT Meetings: BO runs meeting. PM ensures slides are complete. PO attends meeting.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED.
