General Surgery Med/Surg Registered Nurse

One of the major healthcare organizations in Gainesville, GA, is looking to hire a full time Med/Surg- General Surgery Registered Nurse. This is a 44 bed nursing unit equipped with negative pressure and 2 with bariatric ceiling lifts. Care is rendered to patients with a variety of specialties including, but not limited to:
o Bariatric surgery including gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, duodenal switch, and revisional cases
o Urology diagnosis and procedures
o Oncology Gynecology surgery
o General surgery including major bowel procedures
o Vascular surgery procedures
o Plastic surgery including skin grafts, flaps, and reconstructive surgery
o Podiatry
o Other medical and surgical patients in times of high census

Required Skills & Experience

Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
Educational Requirements: BSN
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience
RN, BLS
