Overview:
Insight Global is looking for a Geotechnical Department Manager to support one our engineering consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will be responsible for the growth in the division while spearheading projects, development, and expanding the companies local footprint. This department supports the evaluation and exploration of the land of new construction for commercial buildings, solar farms, data centers, and more. Aside from developing the team, helping managing projects from cradle to grave will be the expectation of this position.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- Professional Engineering License
- 10 years of experience in a Geotechnical related field
- Leadership experience
