Arizona Advanced Endoscopy is hiring for a full-time GI Technician to join our dedicated team.

About the Opportunity

The GI Technician is responsible for the proper cleaning and high level disinfection and maintenance of all video endoscopes and other accessories used in the GI Endoscopy suites. The individual hired is responsible for delegated patient care duties by assisting the physician and staff nurse during procedures as well as other duties/assignments expected within this role such as daily preventative maintenance, monitor record keeping for equipment that has been sterilized and/or high-level disinfected.

Required Skills:
  • Current Basic Life Support certification or the ability to obtain it prior to starting work

Required Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a GI/Endo Tech strongly preferred
  • Experience processing equipment used in surgical procedures
  • Experience setting up procedure rooms and trays
