This Senior Director role in WTW's Integrated & Global Solutions business is an exciting mix of sales and delivery focused on helping global organizations with developing and executing their global benefits strategy.

You will be responsible for selling and leading projects associated with the global management of insured benefits (including global benefit financing), the global management of retirement (pension and DC) benefits, global wellbeing programs, and being able to connect these benefits into a more global, total rewards framework.

The Role

You will be part of WTW's Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team and based in the United States (location flexible).

The IGS team comprises over 300 colleagues across all WTW geographies and is dedicated to serving the needs of the headquarters of its multinational clients. Operating in the global marketplace means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Sales - Develop a multi-year pipeline and execute/close on sales. This will be a combination of add-on/expansion sales as well as sales to new organizations leveraging relationships in other parts of WTW.
  • Delivery - Serve as the lead on complex, multi-country projects including providing guidance to our local benefits and brokerage teams on executing the client's strategy in a locally relevant manner. As the lead, ensure the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Retention - Ensure delivery and strong client satisfaction to retain key clients.
  • People - Actively develop and mentor other colleagues.

The Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services to multinational organizations.
  • Proven ability to sell complex engagements, achieve individual sales and utilization goals, and lead cross-country and cross-level project teams.
  • Track record of success in managing large client relationships, leading global teams and successfully managing multiple projects producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  • A professional presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Enjoys training/mentoring junior staff.
  • The ability to see the "big picture," leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis.
  • Experience living and working overseas, foreign language skills preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights and combine this with creativity.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $180,000 - $280,000 USD.

This role is also eligible for an annual short term incentive bonus.
