Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Negotiation Operations, Management Consulting, or Program Management.
  • Experience working with C-level clients or stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Certified in project management (ie: SAPM, PMP) or process improvement (ie: LEAN Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud market landscape.
  • Ability to balance a broad range of factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions.
  • Ability to identify the needs of stakeholders and work cross-functionally to drive successful implementation and delivery, track outcomes, and adapt based on results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.


About the job

The team manages the global negotiation execution operating with regional teams including communication, enablement, change management, and reporting. The team manages Google Cloud's business critical Process and Policy Documentation and the Cloud Master Negotiations and associated templates.

As a Global Business Practices Negotiations Operations Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and managing of Global Negotiation Execution Insights program, including sourcing, analyzing and providing insights and recommendations across key areas of the agreement making workflow from contracting and pricing through to order provisioning. In addition, you will be responsible for projects to analyze business to provide leadership with additional opportunities to drive business growth and productivity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with senior leadership to define and manage agreements execution metrics.
  • Source, analyze, and provide insights and recommendations for key performance metrics.
  • Create and publish the quarterly negotiation execution insights package.
  • Manage analysis, projects, and studies to further analyze and improve opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, and land initiatives that will improve agreements velocity, business growth, and productivity.
