Looking to drive the marketing strategy for a fast-growing cross-channel marketing team supporting the payment needs of Amazon's business customers?

Our B2B Payment and Lending marketing team is focused on working with best-in-class partners to deliver payment and lending solutions that meet the needs of our business customers. Our team is continuously innovating and adding new market-leading features to delight our customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise leading and developing teams.

As a Lead for the WW Channel Marketing team, you will be involved in defining our cross-product channel marketing priorities and strategic plans, and responsible for leading a team of channel marketing subject matter experts in optimizing performance marketing campaigns for Amazon businesses. You will play an integral role in building relationships with and engaging cross functional partner teams, and in aligning cross-team strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Amazon. In addition, you will be responsible for defining program goals and success metrics.

Key job responsibilities

- Transform our organizational structure to scale globally, centralizing organizational SME across email, onsite, and other key channels

- Own definition of a data-driven, test and learn culture to support channel optimization

- Partner across senior leaders on internal Amazon teams to establish key investment opportunities and influence partner team roadmaps

- Own end-to-end marketing initiatives for channels including Email, Onsite, and more, innovating across all touchpoints to establish best in class marketing programs

- Provide business requirements to support Product Management and Engineering teams to build foundational systems and scale reach to our customers.

- Drive continuous A/B testing across channels, including creative imagery, messaging, offers, and CTAs

- Proactively drive a measurement and learning framework for channels. Work with BI and Metrics teams to establish segments, analyze experiment results, and drive insights from data

A day in the life

The successful candidate will be well versed in the B2B or payments and lending environment, providing insights and expertise on channel marketing capabilities and requirements; equally comfortable thinking strategically and ensuring tactical level details are executed flawlessly. Through deep insight into marketing channels, you will develop and deliver strategies that measurably improve the customer experience. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, and fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organization. Ability to influence without authority, collaborating with partner teams to align goals and secure support for team's initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
