About the team
The eCommerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.

Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business leaders to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.

TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the TT shopping center, combine consumer operation strategy, product matching strategy and merchant support strategy to encourage merchants to invest more resources in shopping centre operation and achieve growth in shopping centre transaction volume;
- Includes but not limited to target splitting and management, team management, setting up breakthrough solutions to bring growth, and optimizing and improving the effectiveness of daily work;
- Collaborate with product, other ops teams, and industry teams to coordinate and organize business requirements, and be responsible to the business results.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 8 years of experience in e-commerce platform operation, user products, or industry products, with a deep understanding of consumer and shopping habits;
- With clear business direction, sensitive to data, with deep thinking and methodology in operation;
- Excellent language expression and communication skills, keen market insight, analytics skills and summary capability.
- Have strong sense of responsibility, negotiation skills, good interpersonal relationship handling ability, team spirit, and thrives in a fast paced environment
