They are seeking a Global Email/SMS Marketing Manager to drive their global email and SMS marketing initiatives, with a focus on customer retention, acquisition, and reactivation.

Job Description:

As the Global Email/SMS Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop effective communication plans and optimize campaigns for better customer engagement and increased lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Create and manage a global calendar for email and SMS communications, including promotional content and product launches. Work with internal teams to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

- Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies for email and SMS to enhance customer retention and reactivation. Regularly update content and optimize flows based on performance metrics.

- Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute acquisition tactics through forms, pop-ups, and messaging. Optimize sign-up processes and test various offers to improve form submission rates.

- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Report on email and SMS effectiveness to stakeholders on a monthly basis.

- Expertise: Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to email and SMS marketing. Ensure quality assurance and manage relationships with service providers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing and CRM.

- Proficiency in email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, segmentation, and automation.

- Demonstrated success in executing global marketing campaigns within a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

- Experience with email service providers and marketing automation tools; familiarity with Klaviyo and Yotpo is a plus.

- Strong creative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing engaging email content.

- Experience with Shopify Plus is preferred.

- Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
