Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in customer-facing IT training roles, ideally in Cloud.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment with a results-oriented, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and sales leads, communicate progress to senior business leaders, including background in developing and delivering training through local and scaled partnerships, to sales teams.
  • Passion for Training/Learning/Education services and the ability to drive positive impact for customers.
  • Strong business process improvement skills as evidenced by SixSigma or equivalent qualification.

The CLS Operations team aims to support CLS with the operational capability to deliver a learning experience at scale. This includes delivery of training to our customers via a network of approved authorized training partners who enable CLS to achieve scale in delivery extending reach and customer base.

As the Training Partner Global Operations Lead, you will oversee our Authorized Training Partner (ATP) ecosystem. You will work in close collaboration with the organization's ATP Business Manager and the CLS Operations Order Fulfillment (OFO) team to ensure quality and efficiency in onboarding, delivery, and execution of all related processes.

In this role, you will be a thought leader/subject matter expert in our training partner strategy and delivery to drive process improvements and requirements for key performance metrics. You will identify problems and opportunities for enhancement of process parameters such as but not limited to, cost efficiencies, turnaround times, asset reuse, and customer satisfaction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and maintain the onboarding process for new ATPs in collaboration with key stakeholders like partner support desk, legal, and compliance contacts.
  • Evolve the Authorized Training Partner (ATP) and trainer community and processes by challenging the status quo, understanding available data, looking at automation where possible, addressing support issues, enhancing program benefits, along with improving operational strategies to increase the learning services footprint across the entire company.
  • Collaborate with the ATP Management team to plan and execute events such as ATP and Trainer day.
  • Work on field support cases and inquiries from authorized partners and trainers, providing assistance with enablement, access to the partner hub, course materials, and permissions for various partner and trainer materials.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Operations and ATP Management team to organize webinars, train-the-trainer events, and other supporting activities.
